How do I pay?
I request a 50% with the confirmation of the translation and a 50% together with the delivery. We accept bank transfers in Australia or Argentina. If you are in Australia or elsewhere in the world, we also accept Paypal and Wise.
How long does it take to deliver the translation?
As soon as possible. The delivery date depends on the type of translation, the number of words or pages, among other factors. In general, we deliver within 2-4 working days after receipt of payment confirmation.
Can you translate my documents with URGENCY?
Yes. We put your need at the top of the list with a additional cost of 15% of the regular fare.
Do translations expire?
No. Certified translations do not expire. The NAATI translator's stamp must be renewed every three years, although this does not affect the validity of the translation.
Are digital and physical stamps equally valid?
Digital stamps and ink stamps are equally valid. The NAATI translators who work with me are authorised to use both types of stamp.
Can you send me the translation by post?
Yes. We ship by post throughout Australia, but you must inform us of this when you confirm your order. Shipping costs are not included in the price of the service, so you will need to pay for them separately, and they vary depending on your address. Please note that we always send a digital copy of the translation first.

Are the translations valid throughout Australia?
Yes. All Australian authorities follow the same strict rules regarding translated documents. We deliver translations that meet all the requirements requested by these authorities. Each of the NAATI translators we work with understands and is familiar with the requirements and compliance regulations. In addition, our translators have their signatures and stamps registered with government and professional bodies to ensure that your translations are valid.
Is information kept confidential?
Of course. As does a doctor or a lawyer. According to the Code of Ethics of the Australian Association of Interpreters and Translators (AUSIT), the Australian Society of Interpreters and Translators (AUSIT) has a Code of Ethics.
