Which option should I choose?
CCL Essential It’s ideal if you prefer to study independently.
CCL Standard (the most popular option) combines self-study with private practice sessions and personalised feedback.
CCL Premium It is designed for those who want the same methodology but with more intensive preparation and more practice.

Do I need any previous experience?
No. All you need is a good command of English and Spanish (approximately B2 level or higher).
The programme begins by explaining the exam from scratch and then moves progressively on to practical exercises.
What level of English do I need?
To give yourself the best chance of success in the exam, we recommend a level upper intermediate (B2) or higher in English and Spanish.
If you’re not sure what your level is, Contact us before you enrol, so we can advise you.
Can I pass the exam using CCL Essential alone?
Yes. The plan Essential It includes the full methodology and all the material needed to prepare for the exam on your own.
However, many students prefer CCL Standard because personalised feedback helps them identify mistakes before the exam.
Classes and how they work
When do the courses start?
We work with monthly intakes.
Every month, a new revision group starts, designed to support you right up to the date of your NAATI exam.
Once you have registered, you will receive all the information about the timetable for your intake.
How do I book private lessons?
Once payment has been confirmed, you will be given access to an online calendar to book your sessions.
Classes can be rescheduled until 24 hours earlier of the reserved time slot.
If you do not reschedule in advance or are unable to attend, you will still be charged for the class.
At what times are the classes held?
We offer a range of timetables each week to suit students both in and outside Australia.
You can select the time slot that best suits your availability directly from the booking calendar.
Can I add private sessions at a later date?
Yes. If you start with CCL Essential and if you then decide to opt for personalised support, you can book additional sessions or upgrade your membership by paying only the difference between your current plan and the new one.

Payments and policies
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers (within Australia or Argentina), debit or credit cards, Wise and PayPal.
If you need help with payment, please contact us at training@melisalopeztranslations.com and tell us about your situation. We can put together an affordable payment plan that suits your circumstances.
What happens if I no longer need to take the course?
If your immigration status changes before you complete the programme, please contact us. We will review your case and may be able to refund your money within 6 months after the payment date.
If you have attended any classes, we will refund the amount proportional to the remaining classes.
You can also choose to use the available credit on other services, such as NAATI translations.
If at the time of the claim they have already passed more than 6 months, unfortunately, NO The money will be refunded, but you will still have access to the practice material.
Can I transfer my enrolment or change the start date?
Transfer to another person:
If, in the end, you do not need to sit the exam, you can transfer your registration to someone else.
Access and available sessions will be reallocated according to the services that have not yet been used.
Change to the start date:
If, for any reason, you need to postpone the start of the course, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
As we have set start dates, we need to coordinate the change to ensure we meet those deadlines.
You can request the change up to 3 days before the course starts.
What happens if the programme doesn’t meet my expectations?
If, after your first private session, you feel that the programme is not right for you, you can request a refund proportional to the classes you have not attended.
Access to online content will remain active as part of the plan Essential.
Results
Do you guarantee that I’ll pass the exam?
Unfortunately, no. No language school can guarantee a result in an official exam.
We are committed to providing you with a structured approach, up-to-date materials and the support you need to help you maximise your chances of success.
The final result will always depend on your preparation and performance on the day of the exam.
Is the content updated?
Yes. The content provided is reviewed and updated regularly to ensure it remains in line with the current NAATI exam format.
How long will I have access to the course?
